Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey was a player in the hockey league. Aryna Sabalenka, a Belarusian born on May 5, 1998. Aryna Sabalenka has 12 WTA Singles titles, one of which was named "Grand Slam" at the Australian Open 2023. Her doubles game is excellent, and she won Majors in the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both in partnership with Elisemertens. With the Belgian tennis player, she won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells as well as Miami in 2019 thus making her the Sunshine Double. The feat only four pairs of women's doubles to pull off. On 23 August 2021 she was ranked second in the world singles ranking her top ranking again in January 2023. After winning the Melbourne doubles competition in February 2021 She was able to move up the rankings to be the number one player for this particular area. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her from her 2018 season to the end and part of the 2020 season. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from August to September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow countryman, has coached her for the past few years, starting in 2020. Her top idols are Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
